With a future radar.
Before tools are bought, a decision is needed: where does AI genuinely strengthen your business, your brand and your processes – and where does it not? We deliver an assessment of where you stand, a use case map, a roadmap and governance from a single source. Understandable for management, robust for implementation.

Future Radar 2036
What counts in ten years – and what you decide today.
We translate the big forecasts into decisions for your company. Our starting points include the theses of Elon Musk, who sees AI surpassing all of human intelligence within five years, expects humanoid robots in the hundreds of millions and describes an “age of abundance” for the coming decade. Whether he turns out to be right is open. That production, communication and competition will change fundamentally is not.
- 01Society: when work becomes optional, meaning becomes the currency. Brands that create belonging win.
- 02Companies: productivity through AI will soon be the standard. Differentiation comes from attitude, origin and signature.
- 03Brands: content becomes unlimited, attention remains limited. Only the unmistakable is remembered.
- 04Communication: customers ask assistants. Brands must appear in AI answers correctly, completely and favourably.
- 05Trust: transparency about the use of AI is both an obligation and an opportunity. Those who master it lead.
- 06Cult: in a world of abundance, the scarcest asset is a brand that people cannot let go of.

An AI strategy is first of all a brand strategy.
Tools do not decide what a company stands for. The brand does – and it has to tell the machine what to do.
Companies that introduce AI without positioning automate arbitrariness. Companies that sharpen their brand first get more impact from every tool – because tonality, target group and attitude exist as a yardstick.
Universal Brands has built brands for industry, retail, media and sport for three decades – and has been using AI in its own operations for years. This combination makes our strategies implementable.
Frequently asked questions
Answered briefly.
How long does an AI strategy take?
Depending on the size of the company, four to eight weeks. An AI Check beforehand shortens the analysis phase considerably.
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. Many clients start from zero. More important than prior experience is the willingness to look honestly at your processes.
Does Universal Brands also provide legal advice?
We translate the requirements of the EU AI Act and the GDPR into practical rules for communication and design. The legal review is carried out by your law firm – on request, we coordinate with them directly.
What sets you apart from an IT consultancy?
We come from brand and communication, not from infrastructure. Where deep system integration is required, we work with IT partners.
