Enabling teams.
You can buy tools. Confidence and expertise must be built. We enable management and teams to use AI safely, true to the brand and with judgement – through briefings, workshops and programmes that work on your real tasks. Including the AI literacy the EU AI Act requires of companies.

What you get
Competence that arrives in everyday work.
No off-the-shelf tool training, but training on your tasks, with your data, in your brand.
- 01
Prompt systems instead of prompt tricks
Reusable working instructions for the tasks of your company – structured, tested, documented.
- 02
Review grid & quality
How to evaluate AI results: facts, rights, tonality, accessibility. So that quality does not depend on chance.
- 03
Brand rules in the machine
How your team uses and maintains the brand memory – so that every output sounds like you.
- 04
Toolstack competence
Which tools for what, what they cost, where their limits and data protection risks lie.
- 05
Law & labelling
EU AI Act, GDPR, copyright: what your team needs to know, explained clearly. This does not replace legal advice – it prepares for it.
- 06
Executive briefing
What decision-makers need to know to lead AI rather than suffer it: opportunities, risks, metrics, culture.
- 07
1:1 advisory sessions
For owners, managing directors and brand managers: confidential working sessions on your own topics.

Who it is for
For people who are expected to work with AI – and want to.
Marketing, communication, sales, administration
The departments where AI has the fastest effect – and does the fastest damage when rules are missing.
Management and owners
You have to make decisions on budget, risk and culture and need your own robust picture to do so.
Companies that need evidence
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required companies to promote the AI literacy of their employees. We deliver content and evidence.
How we work
How it works.
Clarifying needs
Who should be able to do what? Short conversation with leadership and team, review of your typical tasks.
Tailoring
Exercises and examples from your everyday work, your brand as the yardstick, your toolstack as the environment.
Delivering
On site in Bamberg, at your premises or online. Small groups, lots of practice, clear rules.
Anchoring
Prompt library, review grid, handout, certificate of participation. Optional: follow-up session after four weeks.
Result
A team that leads AI – not the other way round.
You receive delivered training sessions, a prompt library, review grids and handouts, a certificate of participation as a contribution to the AI literacy obligation and, on request, ongoing support.

Competence beats tools.
The same AI delivers mediocrity in one pair of hands and excellence in another. The difference lies in the question, the judgement and the set of rules.
Those who enable their team win twice: productivity rises, and the brand remains recognisable because people know what to demand of the machine – and what not. Those who only buy licences get licences.
Universal Brands trains what it practises itself every day: hybrid working with clear responsibilities – drawn from 30 years of brand craftsmanship and several years of AI operations in its own studio.
Frequently asked questions
Answered briefly.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. We meet everyone where they stand – from sceptic to power user. In our experience, mixed groups work best.
Does the training fulfil the AI literacy obligation?
The EU AI Act requires companies to promote AI literacy without prescribing a uniform level. Our training with certificate of participation is a documented contribution to this; the assessment of your overall obligations is carried out by your legal advisers.
Online or in person?
Both. Workshops have the strongest effect in person; briefings and one-to-one sessions also work very well online.
How large can groups be?
Workshops up to twelve participants, briefings for any audience size, coaching one to one.
